When you place an order we collect your name, mobile number and order details so the shop can prepare and hand off your food. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.

If you join the Dough Club or send us a message, we collect the contact details you provide plus the shop you selected.

How we use it

To prepare and fulfill your order, to send order status messages, to run the rewards program, and to respond to your enquiries.

We may send marketing emails only if you opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

Service providers that make the site work — payment processing, hosting and email delivery — under contract and only for those purposes. We do not sell your personal information.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop marketing contact, at any time through our contact page.
